摘要
发展绿色食品是生产者在产品开发与经营活动中 ,把自身利益、消费者利益与保护环境和维护生态平衡有机结合的一种体现 ,更是我国进行农业结构调整和加入WTO后农产品打破绿色贸易壁垒、走向国际市场的有效途径之一 目前我国绿色食品开发面临着规模偏小、物流及价值流不畅、科技储备滞后、农业生态条件恶化与绿色食品标准严格的矛盾突出以及假冒伪劣扰乱市场等问题 为此 ,需要政府在积极推进绿色食品的规模化与产业化发展的同时 ,企业也要在产品开发。
In the process of developing products and management,the development of green food is not only the reflect of organic combination among interest of producer,interest of consumer,protection of environment,and safeguard of ecological balance,but also is one of the effective ways to carry out the adjustment of agricultural structure and to break up the green trade barrier for selling our agricultural products into the international market.At present,The development of green food in our country is confronted with the following problems:1)production scale is small.2)Current of issue and value is not easy and smooth.3)The reserve of science and technology is not sufficient.4)The contradiction between deterioration of agricultural ecological condition and rigid standard of green food is great.5)The market is disrupted by fake goods.Therefor,It is necessary the government promote the scale and industrialization of green food production.Meanwhile,the business should occupy the national and world market with flexible market's strategy in developing products,building market and managing the brand.
