摘要
采集 91头丹系长白种猪耳组织样品 ,用高盐法提取DNA ,特异性扩增包含C184 3在内的CRC/RYR1660bp片段 ,用HhaⅠ进行直接酶切 ,根据电泳图谱确定MHS基因座位上的基因型。结果表明 :91头丹系长白猪中 ,杂合猪 (MHSN/MHSn)为 10头 ,占 10 98% ,纯合阴性猪 81头占89 0 2 % ,没有发现纯合阳性猪。MHSN 和MHSn 的基因频率分别为 0 94 51和 0 0 549。结合国内已有的测定结果 ,认为目前我国丹系长白猪群中MHSN 及MHSn 的基因频率分别为 0 90 86和0 0 914。
The DNA in tissue of ear skin of 91 Danish Landrace were collected to test the gene and genotype frequencies of porcine Malignant Hyperthermia Syndrome(MHS) locus with the method of PCR RFLP.The results show that the frequency of MHS N/MHS N,MHS N/MHS n are 10 98%,89 02%,respectively,no MHS n/MHS n genotypes are found.The frequency of MHS N gene and MHS n are 0 9451 and 0 0549.Combining the other test result in China,it is said that the population of Danish Landrace in the country have MHS N gene and MHS n gene with frequencies of 0 9086 and 0 0914,respectively.
