Analysis on composition principles of Chinese patent drugs containing Chuanxiong

基于中医传承辅助平台(TCMISS),分析《中华人民共和国卫生部药品标准——中药成方制剂》含川芎方剂组方规律,为临床应用及新药研发提供参考。分析得出其方剂所用药物多具有补血活血,健脾益气之功;常用药物组合12个,主治疾病27种,选择"痹病""月经失调""痛经"进行对比分析,反映出川芎不同疾病用药规律和配伍特点,并为"异病同治"提供理论支持。因此,TCMISS(V2.0)是中医用药规律分析的重要工具,为研究临床用药规律提供了有效方法。

Use Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Support System （TCMISS） to analyze the composition principles of Chinese patent drugs containing Chuanxiong （ Ligusticum chuanxiong Hort） in national standard for Chinese patent drugs （NSCPD） enacted by Ministry of Public Health of China. Via analyzing the regularity of prescriptions containing Chuanxiong which are recorded in NSCPD, to identify composition pattern and rule. Thirty drugs are used more than 70 times, in which, drugs that nourish flood and invigorate the circulation of blood and qi have the highest frequency, and then medicines of invigorating spleen and tonifying qi follow. Then 12 commonly used core combinations are analyzed via data mining methods such as association rules, improved mutual information method, etc. Meantime, three diseases, namely, arthralgia, irregular menstruation and menorrhalgia are chosen from the 27 diseases that Chuanxiong most frequently used to make deeper analysis, which reflect the composition principle of Chinese patent drugs containing Chuanxiong. Therefore, TCMISS is an important tool in composition principle exploring of herbal formulae and meanwhile, the comparative analysis method contributes a lot to the exploration as well.
