摘要
目的:观察评价左归丸对2型糖尿病合并骨质疏松肾阴虚证的临床疗效。方法:将90例2型糖尿病骨质疏松肾阴虚证患者按随机数字表法分为3组,每组30例。左归丸组采用基础治疗加服左归丸,钙尔奇D组采用基础治疗加服碳酸钙D3片,对照组单纯采用基础治疗,疗程6个月并比较上述3组疗效。结果:左归丸组治疗总有效率83.33%,高于钙尔奇D组(有效率76.67%)和对照组(有效率33.33%)。与对照组比较,左归丸组、钙尔奇D组骨密度均有显著增加(P<0.05),血骨钙素、甲状旁腺素和碱性磷酸酶显著降低(P<0.05),左归丸组降低更明显;治疗骨痛的平均起效时间、平均缓解时间均明显缩短(P<0.05),左归丸组作用更明显。左归丸组与钙尔奇D组比较,上述指标改善差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),各组血清钙、血清磷及肝肾功能无明显变化。结论:中药左归丸可有效治疗2型糖尿病骨质疏松合并肾阴虚证且未见不良反应,其临床应用值得推广。
Objective: To Study the therapeutic effect of Zuogui Pills for Type 2 Diabetes accompany with osteoporosis and Kidney Yin deficiency. Methods: Totally 90 patients diagnosed with Type 2 Diabetes accompany with osteoporosis and Kidney Yin deficiency were randomly and equally divided into three groups, each group involved 30 patients and treated 6 months respectively: Zuogui pills group were given basic treatment and Zuogui Pills, the Caltrate group were given basic treatment and Calcium carbonate D3 tablets, and the control group were given basic treatment. Results: The effective rate of Zuogui Pills group was 83.33% , higher than Caltrate group(76. 67% ) and control group(33.33% ). Compared with the control group, bone mineral density of Zuogui Pills group and Cahrate group was increased significartly ( P 〈 0.05 ) , osteocalcin, parathormone, alkaline phosphatase decreased signifantly ( P 〈 0.05 ), especially in Zuogui Pills group, and bone pain onset time and response duration was shorter than control group ( P 〈 0. 05 ). There were no notable difference in the latter two groups in improvement of every index of mention above (P 〉 0. 05 ). The changes on serum calcium/ phosphorus,hepatic and renal functions were not obvious in all groups. Conclusion: Zuogui pills can effectively treat type 2 Diabetes accompany with osteoporosis and Kidney Yin deficiency, and no adverse reactions observed. Its clinical application is worth promoting.
