目的探讨双侧慢性硬膜下血肿一侧钻孔引流成功的机制。方法回顾性分析两例手术治疗和手术过程。结果两例手术治疗均取得良好疗效。结论部分双侧慢性硬膜下血肿可经一侧手术引流成功。

Objective To discuss the bilateral chronic subdural hematoma side drilling drainage mechanism of success. Methods Two cases of surgical treatment were retrospectively analyzed and the operation process. Results Two cases of surgical treatment achieved good curative effects. Conclusion Bilateral chronic subdural hematoma by surgical drainage side of success.
