临床医务人员锐器伤与职业培训相关性分析

Analysis of the relationship between sharp injuries of clinical medical staff and occupational training

目的:探讨临床医务人员锐器伤的发生与职业培训的相关性。方法:采用医务人员锐器伤基线调查初筛表对某省级教学医院在临床一线工作的医务人员初步筛查后,对安瓿以外的锐器伤再次发放医务人员锐器伤基线调查危险因素调查表进行第二轮调查,最终分析医务人员经过职业培训与没有经过职业培训锐器伤的发生率有无显著差异性。结果:接受过锐器伤职业培训的医务人员,其发生锐器伤的比率明显小于未接受过职业培训的医务人员(P<0.05)。结论:医务人员发生锐器伤的比率与是否参与过锐器伤职业培训有关,医院管理者应重视锐器伤职业培训,降低医务人员锐器伤发生率。

Objective：To study the relationship between sharp injuries of clinical medical staff and occupational training. Methods：The sharp instrument injury baseline screening table was used to make the preliminary screening on clinical medical staff of a certain provincial teaching hospital, and then the same table was used to make the second screening on the sharp injuries except the ampoule injuries. The difference of the incidence of sharp injuries was finally analyzed between the clinical medical staff who received occupational training and those who did not receive occupational training. Results ： The incidence of sharp injuries was lower in the clinical medical staff who received occupational training than those who did not receive occupational training （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： The incidence of sharp injuries has something to do with the occupational training of the clinical medical staff. Thus hospital managers should pay attention to the occupational training of clinical medical staff.
