综合护理干预在血液透析内瘘术患者中的应用 被引量:9

摘要 目的:探讨综合护理干预在行血液透析内瘘术患者中的应用及临床效果。方法:将93例行血液透析内瘘术患者随机分为干预组45例和对照组48例,对照组给予常规护理和健康教育,观察组给予综合护理干预,比较两组患者术后护理知识、自我锻炼依从性、首次穿刺成功率、并发症及血流量。结果:干预组术后护理知识、自我锻炼依从性均高于对照组(P<0.01);两组首次穿刺成功率、并发症及血流量比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对行血液透析内瘘术患者实施综合护理干预,可促进患者动-静脉内瘘术后血管扩张、充盈、静脉动脉化,提高穿刺成功率,减少并发症发生。
