摘要
目的:研究菊科植物牛蒡(Arctium lappa L.)种子萌发习性,确定牛蒡子萌发的最适条件,为牛蒡栽培提供一定参考依据。方法:采用室内实验观察方法。结果:牛蒡子发芽适宜的条件为:25℃,光照,用400 mg/L赤霉素浸种24小时,发芽率可达88.67%,适合弱酸性环境,且有一定的耐碱性。结论:本实验为研究牛蒡的萌发习性做了初步的研究,可作为其GAP栽培参考依据。
Objective：To provide the evidence for the cultivation of Niubangzi （Arctium lappa L.） by studying the seed germination features of Niubangzi and find the best conditions for the seed germination. Methods：Indoor experiments were observed. Results：The appropriate conditions for the seed germination were：25℃, illumination, the seeds dipped in gibberellic acid（400 mg/L） for 24 hours, the germination rate could come to 88.67%, seed germi-nation for weak acid environment and it owned alkali resistance. Conclusion：Preliminary study on the seed germina-tion of Niubang could provide reference for its GAP cultivation.
