摘要
在介绍平衡计分卡相关基本知识的基础上,分析甘肃省中医院绩效管理中存在的问题,提出了平衡计分卡在甘肃省中医院绩效管理运用中的方案,给医院的管理提出了新的借鉴途径。
The paper is discussing the issues existed in the performance management of Gansu Provincial Hospital of TCM on the foundation of introducing basic knowledge of balanced score card, the plan of balanced score card used in the performance management of Gansu Provincial Hospital of TCM provides a new way for hos-pital management.
