益气活血方预防骨科手术后深静脉血栓43例

Qi-invigorating Blood-activating Method in the Prevention of 43 Patients with Deep Vein Thrombosis after Orthopedic Surgery

目的:观察益气活血方预防骨科大手术后深静脉血栓的临床效果。方法:将86例骨科手术患者随机分为观察组、对照组各43例。对照组给予低分子肝素钙抗凝治疗,1次/d。观察组给予益气活血方,水煎分早晚服用。2组均以2周为1个疗程。观察2组纤维蛋白原、凝血酶原时间、活化部分凝血活酶时间和D-二聚体(D-dimer)水平的变化情况及血栓形成情况。结果:术后深静脉血栓形成的发生率观察组为2.33%,对照组为4.65%,2组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。用药前后的纤维蛋白原及D-dimer的差值观察组大于对照组(P<0.05),凝血酶原时间及活化部分凝血活酶时间2组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:运用益气活血法预防骨科大手术后深静脉血栓,具有与低分子肝素钙相同的预防效果。

Objective： To observe clinical effects of Qi-invigorating blood-activating method in preventing deep vein thrombosis after orthopedic surgery. Methods：All 86 patients were randomized into the observation group and the control group. The control group were given with low-molecular-weight heparin calcium, once per day, and the observation group the prescription of Qi-invigorating blood-activating, taken in the morning and the evening after decocted. Two weeks were one course of treatment. The changes of fibrinogen, prothrombin time, activated partial thromboplastin time （APTT）, the levels of D-dimer and the conditions of thrombogenesis were investigated. Results：The incidence of deep vein thrombogenesis in the observation group was 2.33%, lower than 4.65%of the control group, the difference had no statistical meaning between both groups （P〉0.05）. The differences of fibrinogen and D-dimer in the observation group were higher than those of the control group before and after the medication（P〈0.05）, the difference had no statistical meaning in prothrombin time and APTT （P〉0.05）. Conclusion： Qi-invigorating blood-activating method could gain the similar effects to low-moleuclar-weight heparin calcium in preventing deep vein thrombosis after orthopedic surgery.
