基于系统动力学的集群组织知识溢出分析

产业集群的内部主体多样性、成员交互复杂性以及知识传递过程动态性导致集群组织间的知识溢出路径与机制还是一个未知的过程。鉴于产业集群本质上也是一个错综复杂的网络系统,本文借用系统动力学的分析方法,分别从以物为载体、以人为载体两个层面探讨并构建了集群组织间知识溢出的系统动力学模型。本文为动态研究产业集群组织间的知识溢出传导途径及过程机制提供了一种新的思路及方法。

The overflow path and mechanism of knowledge spillover among cluster＇s organizations is an unknown process due to the diversity of industrial clusters＇ inner bodies, the complexity of the members＇ interactive process and the dynamic nature of knowledge transfer process between organizations. Given the nature of industrial clusters is also an intricate network system, this paper studies and constructs a system dynamics model of cluster inter-organizational knowledge spillover from two aspects of the object carrier and the human carrier respectively by adopting system dynamics analysis method. This paper provides a new way of thinking and methods to study the industrial clusters inter-organizational knowledge spillover pathways and processes mechanism dynamically.
