俄罗斯加入世贸组织后黑龙江省对俄农业合作发展问题研究

The Agricultural Cooperation Development Research between Heilongjiang Province and Russia after Russia's Accession into the WTO

2012年俄罗斯正式加入世界贸易组织。WTO对于成员国的关税减让及市场开放要求,将促使俄政府下调其进出口关税,并进一步开放市场,这为我省对俄贸易及在俄投资带来新的机遇。作为农业大省,黑龙江应着眼于未来,发挥优势,把对俄农业合作做大做强,扩大黑龙江农产品的品牌效应。

Russia officially joined the world trade organization （WTO） in 2012. WTO＇s requirements of tariff concession and open markets for members, will make its lower its import and export tariffs, and further open the market, this bring new opportunities to our province in the trade with Russia and investment in Russia. As a big agriculture province, Heilongjiang province should fo- cus on the future, play advantage, to make the agricultural cooperation become bigger and stronger, and expand Heilongjiang ag- ricultural products brand effect.
