摘要
以某微型客车的前保险杠为研究对象,利用CATIA软件建立前保险杠几何模型,然后采用Hypermesh作为前处理器建立有限元模型,运用LS-DYNA有限元求解器的显示算法对模型进行求解计算。在Hypermesh中通过对整个碰撞过程中内能的吸收以及碰撞力的时间历程曲线的分析,提出两种改进方案。与原始设计相比,最终的改进方案使得总体内能增加了26.85%,碰撞力减少了8.23%,取得较满意的改进结果,为该微型车低速防撞结构的设计提供了参考。
Taking the front bumper or the mini-bus as the research object. Using CATIA software to create the geometric model of front bumper firstly. Then the finite element model is set up by Hypermesh solving the geometric model by the explicit arithmetic of LS-DYNA. Two improved projects are given through analyzing the curve about ab- sorbing energy and crash an crash force all along the crash process by Hypermesh. Comparing with the original de- sign, the absorbing energy increase 26.85% , the crash force reduce 8.23%. The result is satisfactory, it supplies improved project for the mini-bus about low-speed crash structure.
