摘要
以某登陆艇推力螺旋桨短舱结构(简称:短舱结构)为例,在设计过程中,通过在DELMIA软件中构建短舱结构的虚拟装配环境,利用"反装"的思想对短舱结构的装配路径进行规划,并运用干涉检查、碰撞检查等手段,及时地对装配路径作出调整,最终形成合理的短舱结构装配路径,指导短舱结构的设计、装配过程。
This article is based on a landing craft thrust propeller nacelle structure(abbreviations:nacelle structure). In the design process, we build the virtual assembly environment of nacelle structure by DELMIA, and plan the assembly path of nacelle structure using the "reversed" thinking. In the form of interference checking and collision check,we can adjust the assembly path timely and eventually form a rational assembly path of nacelle structure to guide the design and assembly process.
