No matter people acknowledge or not,globalization as one phenomenon and trend,have put more and more profound im- pact on all states＇ historical process.It is beneficial to all humanity while making people confront with much more severe crisis.The global economy is still full of uncertainty since the U.S. subprime mortgage crisis,which told us,in today＇s global financial market, deregulation seems quite insufficient because of the much more diversification of financial structure and the innovation of financial products.This article aims at researching the new countermeasures of financial regulation--how to make it prevent risks and con- tribute to a stable and healthy financial system as well in a globalised market.
