摘要
根据多点同步提升施工的需要,该文设计了基于Modbus/TCP实时工业以太网的液压同步提升控制系统,利用以太网开放性、通信速率高等优点,简化了系统结构,提高了系统的可靠性。基于Visual Basic6.0软件平台开发了通信和控制程序等,控制系统具有较好的可配置性和扩展性;同时,采用位移同步和载荷监控的控制策略,满足了位移同步和安全要求。
According to the needs of the multi-point synchronization construction, designed the hydraulic syn- chronization lifting control system based on real-time Modbus / TCP industrial Ethernet , taking advantage of the openness of Ethernet and the high communication rate, simplified the system structure, and improved the reliability . Based on Visual Basic 6.0 software platform, developed communication and control procedures. The control system has better configurability and scalability. At the same time, the displacement synchronization and load-balanced con- trol strategy meted the safety requirements.
