摘要 汽车悬架系统常用各种不同类型和功能的橡胶衬套支承元件,其静刚度特性对悬架的弹性运动性能及规律影响很大。该文以橡胶衬套为研究对象,设计开发了一套简易的测量装置及夹具用于实测橡胶衬套的各向静刚度特性,包括径向、轴向、扭转和弯曲静刚度特性,为获取橡胶衬套各向静刚度参数提供了一种简明实用的解决方案。 Vehicle suspension system uses a variety of different types and functions of rubber supporting ele- ments, where in the static stiffness characteristic of the rubber bushing has a great impact on the elastic performance and law of the suspension system. In this paper, a set of measuring devices and fixtures are designed and developed to measure the static stiffness characteristics of the rubber busing in each direction, specifically including the radial, axial, torsional and bending stiffness characteristics. A simple and practical solution is provided to obtain the static stiffness parameters of the rubber bushing in each direction.
