摘要
自2007年浙江在全国率先创立蚕种储备制度以来,到2013年省级蚕种储备共收储蚕种38.5万张,应急动用蚕种93555张,助农增收逾1.4亿元。蚕种储备制度的创建与运行,为确保蚕种供应,农民增收发挥了较大的作用。本文系统地总结了浙江省省级蚕种储备制度运行与成效,提出了进一步完善蚕种储备制度的建议。
The silkworm egg reserve system was first founded in Zhejiang province in 2007. By 2013, the provincial silk- worm egg reserve totally collected 385000 pieces of silkworm egg, and 93555 pieces were emergency used, and farmers＂ income has increased more than 140 million yuan. The establishment and operation of silkworm reserve system has played an important role in ensuring the supply of silkworm eggs and peasant income. This article systematically summa- rized the operation and effectiveness of the provincial silkworm egg reserve system in Zhejiang Province, and suggestions were promoted in order to further improve the reserve system.
