食管癌腔内加温合并外照射的组织学变化及预后分析

Morphological Changes and Prognostic Analysis of Esophageal Cancer Treated by Intraluminal Hyperthermia plus Radiation

目的探讨和分析术前放疗合并腔内热疗对食管癌治疗效果的影响。方法利用单纯手术，单纯放疗和手术加放疗合并热疗3组比较临床症状缓解程度，病理学改变和生存期。结果在临床症状和X线改变方面单放组和热疗组都明显高于手术组；在病理形态学Ⅲ级损伤程度上热疗组明显高于单放组，更高于手术组。此外，热疗组5年生存率明显高于单放组和手术组。结论手术加放疗合并腔内热疗治疗食管癌的方法能明显提高治疗效果。

Objective To study the efficacy of hyperthermia plus pre－operative radiation in the treatment esophageal cancer． Methods To compare the symptom－relief pathological changes and the survival time in the patients treated with surgery single radiotherapy and preoperative radiation plus hyperthermia therapy． Results The clinical symptom－relief radiological changes in the patients treated with radiation alone and hyperthermia were superior to the operation group． The morphological traumatic degree in the hyperthermia group was more than that of single radiation and far more than that of operation group． Moreover the 5－year survival rate of the hyperthermia group was significantly higher than those of the radiation group and operation group． Conclusion Operation and pre－operative intraluminal hyperthermia plus radiotherapy can obviously improve the prognosis of esophageal cancer patients．
