摘要
报道了用固相微萃取法提取白茶中挥发性化学成分,用气相色谱-质谱法从白茶挥发油中分离并确定出36种化学成分,其中主要成分为苯甲醛(5.91%)、苯乙醇(5.46%)、芳樟醇(9.02%).
The volatile components of white tea are extracted by solid phase microextraction,and 36 compo-nents and contents of volatile oil from white tea are identified by gas chromatography-mass spectrometryOf them the main constituents are benzaldehyde (5. 91%),phenylethyl alcohol(5. 46%) and 1,6-Octadien-3-ol,3,7-dimethyl(9. 02%).
