On Aesthetic Cultivation of Academic Editors

文章对学报编辑美学修养的内涵进行了阐释,并在此基础上提出美学修养的提升途径:加强道德修养,提高思想水平;优化能力结构,全面提升能力;夯实知识基础,及时更新知识.

This paper discusses the connotation of the aesthetic cultivation of academic editors and provides ways to improving it, that is,to strengthen moral accomplishment,raise ideological level,optimize ability struc-ture to improve the overall capability,lay a solid knowledgeable foundation and update knowledge.
