榄香烯乳配合化疗对进展期胃癌患者免疫功能的影响

Effect of Elemene Emulsion Combined Chemotherapy on Immunity of Gastric Cancer Patients in Progressive Stage

目的：探讨榄香烯乳对进展期胃癌患者免疫功能的影响。方法：采用榄香烯乳配合化疗药物治疗进展期胃癌98例，观察其白细胞及淋巴细胞总数和红细胞免疫功能的改变。结果：对照组治疗前后的白细胞和淋巴细胞总数和红细胞免疫功能均有显著变化（P＜0．05或0．01），而治疗组则无明显变化（P＞0．05），两组差值（d）比较差异显著（P＜0．01或0．001）。结论：榄香烯乳配合化疗药物治疗进展期胃癌，可使患者外周血中的白细胞及淋巴细胞总数和红细胞免疫功能无明显下降，保护了机体的免疫功能，为机体抵抗肿瘤，抑制肿瘤的发生、发展起积极的作用。值得临床进一步研究和推广。

Objective To study the effect of elemene emulsion combine chemotherapy on the immunity of gastric cancer patients in progressive stage． Methods Ninety－eight patients with progressive stage gastric cancer were treated with elemene emulsion combined chemotherapy． The changes of leucocyte count especially the lymphocyte count and the immunologic function of the erythrocytes were studied． Results There was significant changes of leucocyte and lymphocyte counts and immunologic function of red blood cells in the control group P＜0．05 P＜0．001 while no significant changes observed in the treatment group P＞0．05 with remarkable difference value P＜0．05 P＜0．001 respectively． Conclusion Elemene emulsion combined chemotherapy may keep the leucocyte lymphocyte count and immunologic function of red blood cells unchanged and play an important role in protection of the body against the tumor invasion．
