摘要
随着知识经济的发展,以知识和技能为核心的人力资本逐渐成为经济增长的发动机,人力资本取代了物力资本成为企业构筑核心竞争力的基石。从龙岩市烟草公司武平分公司人力资本管理现状入手,结合企业发展战略,通过借鉴国内外企业人力资本管理的成功经验,完善分公司人力资源管理体系,为烟草企业持续健康的发展提供助力。
With the development of knowledge- based economy,knowledge and skills as the core of human capital is gradually becoming the engine of economic growth,human capital replaces physical capital as the core competitiveness of enterprises to build the foundation.In this study,force tobacco companies from Longyan Tobacco Companies Wuping Branch of human capital management status level,combining enterprise development strategies,learn from domestic and foreign enterprises through the successful experience of human capital management,improve the human branch resource management system for the sustained and healthy development of the tobacco companies to provide help.
