探讨产前超声检查规范性标准切面提高胎儿畸形检出率的重要性

Normative data for quantitative ultrasound measurement of fetal anomaly detection rate

目的：探讨在基层医院运用产前超声规范性标准切面对提高胎儿畸形检出率的重要性.方法：回顾2011年1月至2013年6月中孕期（20~28周）孕妇2 091例,对受检胎儿应用标准切面进行系统超声检查,并存储标准切面图像资料,跟踪随访并计算诊断符合率.结果：本组经引产或出生后证实的各种胎儿畸形62例,超声检出胎儿畸形53例,检出率85.5%（53/62）,漏诊9例,漏诊率14.5%（9/62）.结论：产前超声检查规范性标准切面可明显提高胎儿畸形检出率.

Objective ：To study the basic-level hospital antenatal ultrasound normative standards in the face of increased the importance of fetal anomaly detection rate. Methods ： Review the Ultrasonic imaging information of the fetus in mid pregnancy （20 ~ 28 weeks ） 2 091 cases from January 2011 to June 2013, storing the corresponding section images, fol- low-up the cases and calculate the diagnostic rate. Results ：62 cases of the group are confirmed deformity after induced la- bor or after the birth, 53 cases of them detected fetal abnormalities by Ultrasonic, detection rate 85.5 % （53/62）, 9 ca- ses of them are missed and missed -diagnosis is 14.5% （9/62）. Conclusion：Prenatal ultrasound normative standard as- pect can improve fetal anomaly detection rate obviously.
