序列重组是H7N9基因型多样性形成的原因

摘要 针对流感病毒H7N9的初步遗传特征分析显示该病毒是一种新的重组病毒。但是对这种病毒的进化路径特别是其基因型多样性如何形成还知之甚少。中国科学院生物物理研究所生物大分子国家重点实验室蒋太交研究组与扬州大学兽医学院彭大新等合作,报道了对分离自人、家禽和野生鸟类的45株H7N9病毒和42株H9N2病毒的全基因组测序数据的深度进化分析。
