摘要
针对人民胜利渠灌区水资源优化调配中存在的问题,为实现引黄水、地下水、有效降雨等水源的综合利用效益最大,建立了灌区缺水量最小和作物产量最大的人民胜利渠灌区多水源多目标优化模型,采用引力搜索算法求解模型,得出了不同水平年多水源在灌区不同用水部门及作物不同生育阶段的优化调配方案.
In view of the existing problems in the water resources optimal allocation of the People' s Victory Canal Irrigation District, a multi-source and multi-objective optimization model is built as the target of the minimum water shortage and maximum crop yields in the People's Victory Canal Irrigation District, in order to maximize the comprehensive utilization efficiency of the Yellow River water, groundwater, effective rainfall and so on. Furthermore, through using the Gravitational Search Algorithm for solving the model, the muhi-water optimal allocation schemes among different water use sectors in the irrigation district and the different growth stages of three crops in different hydrological years are arrived.
