摘要
教师价值观是教师身处的那个时代的教育价值观的集中反映和原色折射。穿透我国古代社会两千余年的历史发展的主色,就是我国古代教师群体所拥有的儒家核心教育价值观。概而言之,我国古代教师的核心价值观主要体现在弘道弘毅的人生价值观、修身为本的道德价值观、敬业乐教的职业价值观、仁智相彰的知识价值观、仁爱中和的人际价值观等方面。
Teachers' values reflect and embody the educational values of that era they live in. The Confucian core educational values owned by ancient Chinese teachers play a significant role in China's historical development. Their core values mainly cover the life values of promoting virtues and perseverance,the moral values of self- cultivation,the professional values of dedication and enjoyment,the intellectual values of paying equal attention to benevolence and wisdom,the interpersonal values of kindheartedness and harmony,etc.
