摘要 有效的激励能够激发教师专业发展的动机。通过对江苏省中小学教师专业发展的激励机制实施情况进行调研,其结果表明,现行的教师绩效工资、职称评定、教师评价与考核等激励机制在一定程度上影响了中小学教师的专业发展,尤其是教师激励机制实施过程中的公平性直接关涉到教师工作积极性和主动性的发挥,关涉教师发展和专业成长。由此提出遵循教师发展规律,优化教师成长环境;确立以人为本理念,创新教师激励机制;优化组合教育资源,创建教师发展共同体;关注教师心理健康,助推教师健康发展等对策和建议。 Effective incentives can stimulate teachers' professional development. This paper studies and analyzes the implementation of incentive mechanism for primary and secondary school teachers in Jiangsu province. The results show that the current mechanisms of performance pay,professional title appraisal and teacher evaluation have an effect on teachers' professional development to a certain extent. Especially,the fairness during the process of implementation is directly related to a teacher's work enthusiasm and initiative,as well as his professional development. Hence,the following suggestions are proposed: first,to follow the law of teachers' development and improve their growth environment; second,to establish the people- oriented concept and innovate the incentive mechanism; third,to optimize the educational resources and create a teacher development community; fourth,to focus on teachers' mental health and boost their all- round development.
