摘要
为观察心衰康治疗心肾阳虚型充血性心力衰竭的疗效 ,6 0例患者随机分为心衰康治疗组 30例和心宝对照组 30例 ,治疗 2 0天后观察疗效。结果 :治疗组对Ⅲ级心功能、左室功能、血瘀的改善情况均优于对照组 ,治疗前后主要症状、体征、心脏收缩间期 (PEP/LVET)均有改善。提示心衰康能有效改善心功能 ,缓解临床症状和体征。
To observe the curative effects of “Heart Failure Remedy”for congestive heart failure of heart-kidney yang deficiency,60 cases were randomly classified into treatment group (30 cases treated by“Heart Failure Remedy”)and control group(30 cases treated by “Xinbao”)and treated for 20 days.Results showed that Ⅲ-degree heart function,left ventricular function and blood stasis were improved more in treatment group than in control group,and the dominant symptoms,signs and cardiac intersystole(PEP/LVET)were bettered,which indicated that“Heart Failure Remedy”could improve heart function,ease clinical symptoms and signs.
