摘要
目的 了解铁道部医学重点专科 1992～ 1999年的实际发展情况 ,为医学重点专科的进一步发展提出建设性意见。并在此基础上进行信息数据库的建设。方法 采用问卷调查方式 ,发出调查表 12 1份 ,回收 6 0份 ,回收率 49.5 9%。结果 铁道部医学重点专科的状况是 :现有专科负责人年龄偏大、层次较低、知识老化 ,但整体队伍年轻、有学历、有职称 ;临床医疗成果推广应用率偏低 ;重点专科在科研及科研管理过程中查新意识淡薄。结论 铁道部医学重点专科发展相对落后。应采取相应措施 ,提高重点专科水平 ,进而带动全路医学水平上一个新的台阶。
Objective To know the present condition or level (1992-99) and prospects of some key medical units of hospitals under the ministry of railway.Methods Questionnaire was the method of choice.121 copies were distributed and 60 copies were collected,the return rate being 49.59%.Results The actual condition showed that the average age of units’ leaders was rather old and their academic degrees received were low.But the average age of the personnel in the team was quite young and they also had comparatively high academic degrees.The popularization rate of their clinical researches achieved in these key medical units was comparatively low.Personnel in these key medical units had not fully recognized the importance of novelty assessing.Conclusion The actual condition or level of the key medical units of railway hospitals under the ministry of railway investigated is comparatively underdeveloped.Necessary measures should be taken to promote their medical research levels.
