少儿英语教育人才校企合作培养方案研究——以鞍山师范学院高等职业技术学院为例

目前,社会对于少儿英语教育人才的需求量越来越大,专业化要求越来越高,而各高职院校对于此专业的培养经验较少,尚处于起步阶段。少儿英语教育人才的培养必然需要校企深度合作,优化校内外实践教学体系,明确目标,积极进行组织构建,深入市场调查研究,深入开展教学改革,从而培养出"用得上,留得住"的少儿英语教育人才。

At present, the social demand for children＆#39;s English education talents is becoming bigger, the specialized demand is higher and higher, but the higher vocational colleges lack the cultivating experience for this profession, and are still in its infancy.
