高职院校改革与发展新思路——从“大力发展职业教育”到“加快发展现代职业教育”

The New Thought of Reform and Development in Higher Vocational Colleges

我国高等职业教育任重而道远,存在职业教育认识不够、投入不足、基础薄弱、办学条件较差,管理体制、办学体制、教育教学质量不适应经济建设和社会发展的需要等问题。在此从党的十七大报告中的"大力发展职业教育"到十八大报告中的"加快发展现代职业教育"转变角度出发,深刻解读"现代"两字的加入赋予职业教育改革发展的新目标、新内涵,并从"解放思想,改革开放"、"积极创新,勇于开拓"、"改进学风,学以致用"三个角度对如何进行现代高等职业教育的改革进行了论述。

Higher vocational education in China still has a long way to go, some problems still exist： insufficient understanding of vocational education, insufficient investment, weak foundation, and poor operating conditions. The management system , school running system and education teaching quality can＆#39;t meet the needs of econom ic construction and social development.
