中药治疗绝经后骨质疏松症的疗效观察及其机制探讨

Clinical Observation on Treatment of Post-Menopausal Osteoporosis with Traditional Chinese Herbs and Exploration of its Mechanism

目的 观察中药治疗绝经后骨质疏松症的临床疗效并探讨其机制。方法 2 5例患者用中药治疗 6个月 ,于治疗前后分别测定患者腰椎 (L2 - 4 ) ,股骨颈和 Wards三角骨密度和血清中雌二醇、睾酮、甲状旁腺素、降钙素和骨钙素。结果 治疗 6个月后发现 ,患者骨密度分别增加 2 .0 7% ,1.6 8%和 2 .12 %。血清中雌二醇升高 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 补肾中药可以治疗绝经后骨质疏松症 ,其部分机制是中药促进雌二醇的分泌而降低骨转换率。

Objective To evaluate the effects of the traditional Chinese herbs on post menopausal osteoporosis and investigate its mechanism.Methods 25 cases were treated with Chinese herbs for 6 months.BMD (L 2 4 ,neck of femur,Wards’ region) and serum E 2,T,PTH,CT and BGP were measured before and after treatment.Results After 6 months treatment,BMD increased 2.07%,1.68% and 2.17%,respectively.E 2 increased while BGP decreased significantly,P<0.05.Conclusion Post menopausal osteoporosis may be successfully treated with Chinese herbs and its partial mechanism is that the herbs enhance the increase of E 2 and the reduction of bone turnover rate.
