脂酶催化的3,3’-联二噻吩衍生物的不对称合成

摘要 3,3’-联二噻吩是一类重要的结构单元,广泛应用于不对称催化、有机电子材料和药物化学等领域。利用脂酶催化的不对称乙酰化反应实现了手性3,3’-联二噻吩衍生物的合成,制备了(S)-4,4’-二溴-2,2’-二羟甲基-3,3’-联二噻吩,对映体过量(ee)值为94%。该不对称合成方法具有无毒、操作方便和易分离提纯等优点。 As an important unit, 3,3'-bithiophene is widely used in asymmetric catalysis, organic electric materials and medicinal chemistry. Chiral 3,3 '-bithiophene derivatives were achieved by lipase-catalyzed asymmetric acetylation. ( S ) - (4,4 ' -dibromo-3,3 ' -bithiophene-2,2 ' -diyl) dimethanol was obtained with 94% ee. This asymmetric synthesis enjoyed such advantages as non-toxicity,convenient operation, and easy separation and purification.
