CT在骨与关节损伤中的应用价值

Evaluation of CT on Injury of Bone and Joints

目的 提高 CT检查对骨与关节损伤重要性的认识。方法 骨与关节损伤共 2 18例 ,其中 2 0例为多发。均有外伤史。共有颅骨骨折 88例 ,脊柱骨折 89例 ,骨盆骨折 8例 ,四肢骨骨折 33例 ,共累及关节面 89个。所有病例均行 CT检查 ,其中 6 8例行 X线检查。结果 平片有骨折 CT显示骨折 36例 ,平片可疑骨折经 CT明确骨折 2 7例 ,平片骨折不明显而 CT显示骨折 5例。本组骨与关节损伤共计 2 18例 ,累及骨达 2 45块 ,累及关节面 89个。结论 CT可以进一步明确骨折的存在及其并发症 ,对于细微骨折的发现有很大意义。CT在骨与关节损伤的诊断中具有很重要的价值。

Objective To collect more experiences in CT examination on injury of bone and joints.Methods Among the total 218 cases,20 cases had multiple fractures,88 cases of skull,89 cases of spine,8 cases of pelvis and 33 cases of extremeties injuries.89 pieces of articular surfaces were hurt.All of the cases had CT examinations and 68 of them also had X ray examinations.Results 36 cases were found fractures by both methods;27 cases were cnfirmed by CT image.Among the total 218 cases on injury of bone and joints,245 pieces of bone and 89 pieces of articular surfaces were involved.Conclusion CT examination can better determine the existence and the complication of fractures,especially in tiny fractures.CT examination seems to be more and more important in diagnosing bone and joint injuries.
