包络直方图与循环谱相结合的旋转轴承故障诊断方法

摘要 采用时域包络直方图与频域循环谱相结合的方法,对非平稳状态的轴承振动信号进行故障分析和识别。首先利用包络直方图获取振动信号的能量分布,实时、直观地评估轴承的运行状态;然后对异常状态的振动信号进行循环平稳分析,通过特征频率获取故障的具体部位。二者相结合的方法既可以快速直观地实现故障识别,又可以保证故障诊断的细致和准确。 The vibration signal of non-stationary state rolling bearings is studied by using the method which combines envelope histogram with cyclic spectrum for fault analysis and fault rec-ognition.Firstly,the envelope histogram is utilized to get the distribution of the amplitude of vi-bration signals for evaluating the running state of the bearing in the real-time.Then,the cyclo-stationary theory is introduced to obtain the frequency information of the bearing to get the spe-cific locations of the faults.The proposed method based on the time and frequency domain infor-mation has the advantages of quick and accurate.
