摘要
针对目前烟囱防腐领域所使用的发泡陶瓷砖,选取国内具有代表性的两种不同品牌的发泡陶瓷砖产品,在模拟烟囱工况下进行了浸泡腐蚀试验及热振试验。试验结果表明,不同品牌的发泡陶瓷砖在性能上有较明显的差异。耐蚀性能方面,在质量分数为5%、温度为70℃的混酸溶液中浸泡10d后,两者的腐蚀增长率分别为1.02%、73.89%;吸水率方面,在70℃的蒸馏水中浸泡10d后,吸水率分别为0.17%、22.46%;二者都具有较好的热振性能,加热到200℃再空冷到40℃的热振试验中,经历10个循环后无变化。
Performance of two types of foamed ceramic bricks used in chimney anti-corrosion is studied under stimulated situations which contain soaking test and thermal shock test.The test results show that the performance of foamed ceramic brick manufactured by deferent factories is deferent obviously.Weight gain rate after 10d test soaking in a 5% mixed acid solution of 70℃ is 1.02% and 73.89%.Water absorption rate after 10d test soaking in distilled water of 70℃ is 0.17%,22.46%.Two types of foamed ceramic bricks all have good performance about thermal shock which is conducted for 10 times baking to 200℃ then cooling in air to 40℃ and there is no variety.
