The Exploration of Vocational Colleges Education Reform and Development

目前,职业院校的发展机遇与挑战并存,职业院校正处于快速发展的新历史时期,因此,职业院校教育教学改革势在必行。各高职院校要从自身实际出发:统筹教学规模、质量与效益;统筹硬件与软件建设;统筹专业和课程结构;统筹个人利益和集体利益。既总揽全局、统筹规划,又要抓住主要工作和突出问题,充分调动各方面积极性,促进职业院校规模、质量、效益的全面、协调和可持续发展。

At present, the development opportunities and challenges coexist in vocational colleges; vocational colleges are in the new historical period of rapid development, therefore, vocational education teaching reform is imperative. The higher vocational colleges should start from their own reality： to coordinate teaching scale, quality and benefit; coordinate construction of hardware and software; coordinate specialties and curriculum structure as a whole; and coordinate the overall interests of the individual and collective interests. It should make overall planning, and seize the main work and the outstanding problems, fully arouse the enthusiasm of all aspects, and promote comprehensive, coordinated and sustainable development of vocational colleges scale, quality and efficiency.
