在服务外包行业飞速发展的今天,高职院校不仅面临人才培养的转型,在"双师素质"师资队伍的培养上也面临新的挑战。在服务外包行业背景下,对高职院校"双师素质"教师提出了新要求,为此提出了相应的培养途径及方法:要充分利用上级政策,注重培训,合理看待"教师兼职"情况。

Today service outsourcing industry develops rapidly, higher vocational colleges not only face the transition of talents cultivation, but face new challenges in the teaching staff cultivation of ＂double quality＂. Under the background of service outsourcing industry, new requirements for the ＂double quality＂ teachers in higher vocational colleges are proposed , therefore the paper puts forward the corresponding training methods ： to take full advantage of the superior policy, pay attention to training, and reasonably view ＂Dart-time teachers＂.
