摘要
针对高端微型静液压清扫车品种多、批量小、交货期短等市场现状,为实现产品系列化、快速设计等目标,文章提出采用参数化设计方法和基于Pro/E实现产品的快速自适应变形设计,即在概念设计阶段,采用"二维草图布局+骨架模型+关联创建零部件"技术,实现设计方案的快速建立与修正。在详细设计阶段,通过系列化和关联设计,达到零部件间的自适应调整。通过数学模型、数值连接以及工程分析功能,实现零件的快速优化设计。使得静液压清扫车的各组成部分相互关联、互相匹配,当设计出一款产品的雏形模板后,就可快速地实现产品的多品种、系列化设计。
An adaptive design method based on parametric reference function was presented. In concept design phase, geometry extended method and Pro/E layout sketch, skeleton model and asso- ciation function of Pro/E were adopted to create a structural layout scheme. In the detailed design phase, series and association function were combined to achieve self-adaptive adjustment between components. Mathematical model, numerical connection function and engineering analysis were inte- grated to achieve the components' speedy optimization design. The design method was applied in a high-end hydrostatic cleaning car, which enables high matching of the components. The results indi- cate that series design of products can be realized based on a prototype design.
