科技期刊在线稿件处理系统的研究与设计

摘要 为了减少科技期刊编辑工作强度、加快稿件处理速度,研究设计一种框架模式,通过对模式的抽取实现实际的编辑业务规则的稿件处理系统。系统的实现采用MVC架构,采用Spring+Hibernate开发框架,以XML作为数据存储的载体贯穿MVC的各个部分。通过互联网将作者、编辑、审稿专家、主编等相关人员紧密联系起来,实现投稿、编辑、专家审稿、主编初审、主编终审的连续处理。实现审稿系统的人性化、合理化、流畅化,通过网络的数字化彻底提高编辑部的办公效率。系统投入运行后,大大提高了编辑的办公效率,缩短了稿件处理的周期。 In order to reduce the intensity of the editorial work and speed up the manuscript processing, a framework model is designed to implement the actual editorial operations of the manuscript processing system. In the model, the system adopts MVC architecture, using Spring + Hibernate development framework and XML as data storage carrier. The authors, editors, reviewers, chief editors and others related personnel links closely through the Internet. It realizes journal editor, reviewer and editor in chief have a continuous treatment to the manuscript. It can achieve a continuous processing of submission, editor, expert reviewers, and the chief editor's first and final examinations. The system has humanity, rationalization, streamlining, and it completely improves the editorial department's efficiency. Once the system is put into operation, the editorial efficiency will be greatly improved and the time for processing the manuscript will be shortened.
