中药提取物9901的体外抗肿瘤活性研究

Anticancer effect of TCD-extract-9901 in vitro

目的 用体外培养法研究中药提取物 990 1对肿瘤HeLa细胞生长的抑制作用和作用机制。方法 采用MTT法和激光扫描共聚焦显微镜进行研究。结果 HeLa细胞在 990 1处理 3天后 ,测得该药的IC50 为 5 .12 μg/ml。用不同浓度的 990 1处理HeLa细胞 48h后 ,用PI染色 ,HeLa细胞核有形态变化 ,DNA含量明显减少 ,经统计学处理 ,与对照组间有显著性差异。结论 中药提取物 990 1可有效抑制HeLa细胞的生长 ,通过影响细胞的DNA而发挥作用。

Objective To study the effect of TCD(traditional Chinese drug) extract 9901 on growth inhibition in HeLa cancer cell and the action mechanism of drug.Methods The parameters were got by MTT assay and laser scanning confocal microscope.Results The IC 50 of this extract was 5.12μg/ml after HeLa cell was treated with 9901 for 3 days.The HeLa cell nucleus with PI staining varied and the DNA contents decreased significantly after HeLa cell were treated with different concentration 9901 for 48 hours.With the statistics test,the DNA contents in treated and control goups were obviously different.Conclusion TCD extract 9901 can effectively inhibit growth of HeLa cancer cell.The action mechanism of the herb's extract 9901 on HeLa cancer cell may be related with the DNA content in HeLa cell.
