中药518对人白血病细胞K_(562)、NB_4作用研究

Effect of traditional Chinese medicine 518 on K_(562) and NB_4 cell lines

目的 研究中药 5 18对K562 、NB4 细胞的作用 ;并比较 5 18A、5 18B药效。方法 用台盼蓝染色、光镜观察、流式细胞仪方法 ,观察 5 18A、5 18B处理K562 、NB4 细胞后形态学、生化指标的改变。结果 台盼蓝染色法证实 5 18A、5 18B对K562 、NB4 细胞有抑制作用 ,抑制率与药物浓度正相关 ;光镜下可见给药后细胞形态学改变 ;流式细胞仪检测显示中药 5 18对K562 细胞作用 48h后出现凋亡峰。结论 5 18A、5 18B对K562 、NB4 细胞有抑制增殖作用 ,诱导K562 细胞凋亡 ,5 18A药效优于 5 18B。

Objective To study the effect of 518A,518B on tumor cell growth and apoptosis.Methods K 562 and NB 4 cell lines were treated with 518A,518B at different concentration.The effect of 518 was observed by drug reactive curve,cell morphology,flow cytometry assay.Results After K 562 and NB 4 cell lines were treated by 518A,518B,the growth of tumor cells were inhibited in vitro. “sub G1” peak was recorded in DNA histogram of flow cytometry at 48h after treatment.Conclusion 518 inhibite the proliferation of K 562 、NB 4 cell and induce K 562 cell apoptosis.The actions of 518A is better than that of 518B.
