摘要
通过分析中国农资流通体系中连锁经营存在的问题,运用顾客满意度模型分析企业如何提高自身的服务能力,提高企业产品的竞争力。创新提出农资企业与银行联合推出农资金融创新产品以使企业提高其竞争能力。
This paper discusses the problems in the chain marketing of the Chinese agricultural distribution system and makes a model analysis of customer satisfaction to study how to improve companies' service capabilities and product competitiveness. This paper suggests that agricultural enterprises and banks jointly launch the agricultural and financial innovation to improve their competitiveness.
