农村基层文化建设是精神文明建设的重要组成部分,担负着构建和谐文化的重要责任,但目前的基层文化建设逐渐不能满足人们日益提高的精神文化需求。就目前农村基层文化建设现状及存在的问题进行了探讨,并提出了相关的对策和建议。

Rural grassroots cultural construction is an important component in spiritual civilization construc- tion, which undertakes the responsibility of building a harmonious culture. But the current cultural construction of rural grassroots can not meet the growing spiritual and cultural needs of people. This paper explores the status and problems of the rural grassroots cultural construction and puts forward some suggestions and countermeasures.
