60岁以上老年人脑膜瘤的外科治疗

Surgical treatment of senile patients with meningiomas

目的 探讨老年人脑膜瘤的发病率、临床特点和手术结果。方法 本组 6 0岁以上老年脑膜瘤病人 72例 ,均行肿瘤切除术。结果 72例病人中 ,肿瘤全部切除 5 1例 ,近全切除 12例 ,大部切除 9例。病人神经症状术后均有不同程度地改善 ,其中有 13例病人出现并发症 ,经过治疗恢复良好 ,无 1例死亡。结论 老年人脑膜瘤有其临床特点 ,根据病人情况 ,采取不同的治疗方案 ,可以降低死亡率。

Objective To study the morbidity,clinical features and operative results of senile patients with meningiomas.Methods All the 72 cases of senile patients with meningiomas over 60 years old were operated.Results In the 72 patients,51 cases were total resection,12 cases were subtotal resection and 9 cases were partial excision.The neural symptoms of the patients after operation were improved in different lever.Complications occurred in 13 cases.All the 13 patients made recovery through treatment,including no one dead.Conclusion There are clinical features in senile patients with mengingiomas.According to the conditions of the patients,take different therapeutic schemes and can decrease the mortality.
