我国高校商法课程的教学现状与应对

The Present Situation of College Business Law Courses and the Countermeasures

阐述了高校商法课程教学中存在的诸多问题,在很大程度上影响着商法学科的建设。针对存在的一系列问题,分析其原因,提出了应在协调好商法和其他学科的关系基础上,进行商法教学大纲和教材的编写,提炼出商法分则,并在教学方法上实行创新。

The article points out that the problems in specialty construction, and proposes the compiling of provision and renovating the teaching methods on the college business law courses impair the business law teaching syllabus and materials, deriving the specific basis of coordinating the relationship of business law courses and other subjects.
