In accordance with related principle and practice of construction law in UK and international market, this paper tries to summarize and introduce some prevalent approaches and principles as well as offer a concise evaluation about concurrent delay, which frequently occurs in the practice of international engineering projects, so as to bring some degree of inspiration to Chinese contract specialists and researchers in the area of international engineering projects.
