高校管理与思想政治教育在育人目标上具有内在的统一性。加强和改进大学生思想政治教育,必须把思想政治教育融于学校管理之中,建立长效工作机制,使自律与他律、激励与约束有机结合起来。长效机制建设要强化管理者的育人责任意识,完善管理制度与规范,加强制度伦理环境建设,切实提高管理主体的个人素质。

The university management and ideological and political education has intrinsic unity in the education target. To strengthen and improve college students＇ ideological and political education, it should be combined into the management of university, together with the establishment of long - effect mechanism and the organic combination of self-discipline and heteronomy, incentives and restraints. The long-effect mechanism construction requires strengthening the responsibility consciousness of administrators, perfecting the standard of management system, strengthening the construction of institutional ethical environment and improving personal qualities of administrators.
