Research on Training Mode of Hydropower-oriented English Talents Based on ESP Need Analysis Theory

基于ESP需求分析理论,分析了水利水电对外承包企业实施"走出去"战略的人才需求;并深入剖析了水电类高校英语人才培养现状,对基于企业"走出去"战略的水电类高校英语人才培养模式进行了初步探索,以期拓宽英语人才的培养思路及办学思路。

On the basis of ESP （ English for specific purposes） Need Analysis Theory, this study analyzes the employment need of hydropower enterprises where ＂Go Global Strategy＂ is executed. English talents with globalised skills are urgently needed. The present training mode of English talents in hydropower universities is profoundly analyzed. How to train well hydropower-oriented English talents in universities is carefully explored. It is hoped that this study could provide inspiration for English talents training mode and hydropower university education.
